I see you. And what you’ve been through matters.
Pregnancy, birth, or the postpartum period may have changed you in ways you didn’t expect.
You might feel disconnected from yourself, your body, or your confidence — and that can be incredibly painful.
If you don’t feel like yourself anymore, there’s a reason.
Nothing about this means you’re weak or failing — it means you’ve been carrying a lot.
You’re here because something feels hard.
And maybe you’re not sure how to put it into words. You may feel pressure to feel excited — while feeling uncertain, disconnected, or grieving parts of your old life.
Your birth may not have gone the way you hoped — or felt safe.
You may feel like you’ve lost yourself.
Anxiety, sadness, rage, or numbness may feel overwhelming — especially on little sleep.
You may feel like you’re carrying everything — mentally and emotionally.
Old wounds from your own childhood may be showing up in new ways.
I’M Jane.
I’m a mom of two who understands both the joys and the very real challenges of the transition to parenthood. Trying to conceive, pregnancy, and the postpartum period can feel isolating, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space to talk honestly about the less glamorous parts of motherhood and to find support and healing during this season. I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
You’re not broken
Nothing about this means you’re failing.
These are common, human responses to profound change and stress.
Therapy can help you feel more grounded, connected, and supported in this season.

I am in network with Medicaid of Maryland and an out-of-network provider with all other insurance companies. I work with insurance plans to help clients file for reimbursement. Investing in therapy by paying out-of-pocket allows you to maximize your privacy, confidentiality, and treatment flexibility.
-
Yes you can!
I am happy to submit claims on your behalf via Thrizer, or I can provide a superbill, so you can coordinate with your insurance company directly if you prefer.
-
If you have out-of-network benefits, your insurance company will typically reimburse you for 60-80% of the cost of each session after you’ve met your deductible.
I’d be happy to check your benefits for you! Just make sure to have your insurance card with your Member ID during our free consultation call. You can also check your benefits here.
Or if you prefer, you can confirm the benefits of your health insurance plan, with your insurance provider directly. Just call the number on the back of your health insurance card listed under Member Services. You can ask them the following questions:
Do I have out-of-network outpatient mental health coverage? Am I able to use these benefits for telehealth?
What is my out-of-network deductible?
How much of my deductible has been met this year?
Do I need a referral from an in-network provider to see someone out-of-network?
What percentage of outpatient psychotherapy sessions are covered per session?
How much will I be reimbursed for a psychotherapy session (CPT code: 90837)?
How do I submit claim forms for reimbursement?
How long does it take for me to receive reimbursement?
-
There are two options:
1) We can use a company that I partner with, called Thrizer, that submits insurance claims on your behalf for a small fee. After you’ve met your deductible, you can decide whether or not you want to pay for the session in full, and receive reimbursement from your insurance company via direct deposit. Or you can simply pay your co-insurance and Thrizer can cover the rest of the cost for you, while they wait for reimbursement from your insurance company. You can check your benefits directly here.
2) If you prefer to submit claims yourself, I can provide you with a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance company. You will be responsible for paying for the full session fee at the time of your appointment.
